Well Mid Summer brings new projects to Taylor Farms. One is the moving of a pole barn. Dirt work for the foundation started this past week and ended today. Here are a few pictures. Monte Burch was doing the dirt work for us.

Wheat harvest

Well we started wheat last month. It was making anywhere from 40 to 70 bpa at 13-14%. We got 41 bales off of the field and the patch behind the trees. The day we cut wheat we had some people from Washington State that were visiting Hannibal for the week stop by and ask if their 6 year old son could have a ride in is favorite brand of machinery. ahaha Dad took him for a few rounds around the field. It really made his and his parent's day.

Re-Planting Corn

Had to replant a few acres of corn today so we put the 4440 on the planter and ran down the rows. When we came to a spot that needed replanting we lowered the planter and planted it. Worked pretty well.
